We help ambitious leaders deploy practical applications of AI.

There’s a lot of hype around AI, but precious little pragmatic guidance. The typical AI advisory firm focuses on the needs of large companies. We specialize in helping mid-market businesses and private equity turn data into a competitive edge, without over-investing. We call it AI for the Real World.

Successful AI enablement requires more than just an understanding of the technology. It relies on a strategy that’s grounded in your business, alignment with your organizational goals, and effective change management. Our capabilities enable effective collaboration across diverse teams, careful consideration of legal and ethical implications, and the deliberate integration of AI into your processes and workflows.

AI Strategy & Roadmap.

Fractional Head of AI.

Some clients are all-in on AI, but still early in their digital journey. These businesses may not have the right tech leadership in place to effectively evaluate and execute AI initiatives. We’re provide subject matter experts who can help bridge that gap.

AI Deployment.

We build AI applications ranging from quick proof-of-concepts to small pilots to full-scale production. We always set side time to iterate on and optimize the prompts and training data, so that you see the best possible performance from your AI implementations.

AI Change Management.

Many executives are struggling to drive AI adoption internally. Their teams are hesitant about the technology, and they mistakenly think training alone can overcome this barrier. We believe effective and widespread AI adoption requires a top down and bottoms up approach.

Managed Services.

Post deployment, we offer ongoing technical support through a managed services offering. Our managed services provide our clients with the confidence that their application can adapt to new AI capabilities, data availability or business requirements.

Executive Training.

Any sustained organizational change must start from the top, and AI adoption is no different. Companies with fluent, confident executive sponsors will see far more success with AI. Our training is designed to give your leadership team a solid, baseline understanding of AI.

Accelerating AI capabilities.

Eskridge collaborated with Huge, a leading digital agency, to develop an AI strategy that included a new AI-powered client offering, org structure and internal workflows. The successful implementation of these strategies not only reduced operational costs and increased efficiency but also positioned Huge as a leader in AI innovation and gave them a competitive edge in the digital marketing space.

"Eskridge’s collaborative approach, top notch experts, and tangible results made them an invaluable partner in helping us shorten time-to-value for our AI initiatives."
- Jon Judah, CSO

Job schedule optimization.

Contexture, a leading commercial window installer was struggling to scale how they scheduled installation jobs. An ideal schedule would factor in variables such as job continuity, installer expertise and availability of materials, but those variables changed on an hourly basis. We worked with the client to define a solution that would automatically propose schedules using the latest open source constraint optimization libraries.

“Eskridge has been an outstanding partner to work with from start to finish. They delivered exactly what we needed. Thanks to their expertise, what once took hours will now be nearly automatic, freeing our team for higher-value work."
- Brianna Goodwin, CEO

Agentic medical malpractice case review

Expert Institute needed to explore how AI could help physicians evaluate medical malpractice cases more efficiently without compromising the rigorous standards required in legal contexts. We used their extensive library of case records and deposition transcripts to develop an AI agent that could analyze unstructured clinical documents. We uncovered a clear path to 89% accuracy rates while shaping Expert Institute's AI roadmap and providing clarity for integrating AI into their business.

"Eskridge got further along than I expected. Honestly, I'd continue working with them rather than try to internalize what they learned - they felt like a natural extension of our team, which is rare for a consultancy."
- Jake Widmer, CTO
